How I can help

Four ways of working, one steady approach: warm, unhurried, and always shaped around you.

[ The four ways I can help ]

Whatever brought you here, it matters.

Individual Counselling

[ 01 ]

Individual Counselling

A steady place to set things down.

Anxiety, stress, low mood, loss, or simply a sense of feeling stuck. Whatever has brought you here, it matters, and there is room for all of it.

Together we'll make sense of what you're carrying, at a pace that feels manageable. You don't need to arrive with a plan.

Some people come for a handful of sessions to steady themselves through a difficult season. Others stay longer, to understand patterns that have followed them for years. Both are welcome.

Couples Therapy

[ 02 ]

Couples Therapy

For partners who need to hear each other again.

When communication has frayed, small moments can turn into the same old argument. Couples work offers a calm, neutral space where both voices carry weight.

I won't take sides. My role is to help you slow down, notice what is really being said, and find your way back towards each other — or towards clarity.

We can look at trust, intimacy, parenting pressures, life changes, or the quieter distance that sometimes grows without anyone noticing.

Menopause Support

Menopause Support

Navigating a change no one fully prepared you for.

Perimenopause and menopause can unsettle sleep, mood, confidence and identity. Many women tell me they simply don't feel like themselves anymore.

As a Certified Menopause Coach, I combine counselling with practical understanding, so you feel informed, heard and far less alone with it.

Sessions can explore anxiety, brain fog, relationships, work, and the bigger questions this stage of life can raise about who you are now.

Counselling for Young People

Counselling for Young People

Someone independent who simply listens.

For young people aged 12 and over, it can be a relief to talk to someone who isn't a parent, teacher or friend. Someone who won't judge.

Sessions are gentle and relaxed. We might talk about school, friendships, family, exam pressure, or feelings that are hard to name.

Parents are welcome to call first for a conversation about how it works, confidentiality, and what to expect.
